Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Back Office Consultant to join our Fintech team in Mexico City with a hybrid work arrangement. You will shape how we support clients in optimizing back office operations through Calypso implementations and configurations.

You will engage with clients across teams, translating requirements into scalable, compliant solutions while managing trade lifecycle processes and post-trade activities. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in back office operations or consulting within financial services.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, including settlement and reconciliation.
• Experience implementing or working with financial software platforms (Calypso strongly preferred).
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve clients’ back office processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support the implementation and configuration of Calypso.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver training and best practices.
• Act as a trusted client contact, including occasional on-site engagements.
• Ensure back office activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
