Nasdaq, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant to help shape scalable capital markets solutions.

You will partner with clients across teams and time zones, translating needs into practical, high-quality systems and guiding projects from design through go-live. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication in English and Spanish, and experience across asset classes and risk concepts in a global, delivery-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication; Portuguese a plus.

Sr. Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant

We’re looking for a Sr. Specialist- Front Office Risk Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager Technical Analysis. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver scalable financial solutions that power capital markets globally. You’ll fit right in if you’re analytical, collaborative, and customer-focused, enjoy working across teams and time zones, and thrive on solving complex challenges with real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and turn them into practical capital markets solutions.
• Configure and deliver scalable system solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to design, test, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Support clients across project phases, from design to go-live and beyond.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help enhance product capabilities and processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience working in collaborative, global environments and familiarity with financial systems or tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience across asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities.
• Knowledge of risk management concepts (market, credit, liquidity).
• Experience working with software delivery or implementation projects.

Location & Hybrid Work Model

This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
