You will mentor juniors, lead code reviews, and focus on performance and cross-browser reliability. You will also drive GenAI adoption to automate daily workflows and speed up delivery, while maintaining high code

Formación

• 3+ years in front-end development with modern web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Experience with code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of GenAI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.

Responsabilidades

• Translate UI/UX designs into production-quality React code and provide design feedback.
• Architect reusable libraries and UI frameworks that scale and perform well.
• Design responsive, accessible web applications with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend).
• Mentor junior developers on best practices, standards, and career growth.
• Lead code reviews to sustain quality and accelerate learning.
• Analyze performance and optimize load times and runtime interactions.
• Implement unit and end-to-end testing to minimize regressions and boost reliability.
• Coordinate with QA to catch issues early and resolve defects prior to releases.
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work and improve delivery workflows.
