EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end (TypeScript/React + Next.js) and strong back-end capabilities. This role is an individual contributor on a high-profile project. You will work closely with customer teams to deliver new features using a modern tech stack.

The position emphasizes high-quality software, AI adoption, scalable cloud services, and collaboration across multi-national teams. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong front-end with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Back-end experience using Python or Go for cross-stack work.
• Experience with AI capabilities and AI-related solutions.
• Background in scalable cloud-based web services and microservices (AWS).
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern CI/CD practices.
• Commitment to code quality, automated testing and delivery.
