Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with React expertise to craft responsive, accessible web applications. You will translate UI/UX wireframes into production-grade React code, design scalable libraries, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

You will mentor juniors, lead code reviews, and focus on performance and cross-browser reliability. You will also drive GenAI adoption to automate daily workflows and speed up delivery, while maintaining high code

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-end development with modern web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Experience with code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of GenAI fundamentals and practical GenAI tool usage.
