Job summary

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is seeking a Sr. Associate in Financial Operations to support IT finance in Mexico City. You will drive forecasting, planning, and month-end close activities in a cross-functional environment.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 2–3 years of FP&A experience, and advanced English. You’ll work hybrid with access to Reveal, SAP, and other financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems such as Reveal, SAP, and Guided Buying.

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly service expenditure forecasts and update forecasting tool.
• Conduct forecast review meetings with Line Owners.
• Match actuals to forecasts and define reconciliation rules.
• Calculate personnel costs and support month-end close activities.
• Prepare PO accrual estimates and support variance analysis.
• Manage PO records and vendor onboarding.
