Alcon is seeking a Colombia BPA Sr. Associate to manage financial planning and analysis for Colombia across Vision Care and Surgical franchises.

You will forecast, report, and consolidate data with the LATAM BPA team, supporting month-end close and operating plan development. You will partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions, build forecasting models, and optimize processes across multiple systems, including SAP and ASPIRE.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for Colombia.
• Develop forecasting models aligned with business goals and market conditions.
• Document and optimize financial processes across Surgical and Vision Care.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Integrate data from ASPIRE, APMR, and SAP for accurate reporting.
• Prepare MFRs and QBRs with templates, decks and financial insights.
