Job summary

Alcon seeks a Colombia BPA Senior Associate to own financial planning and analysis for Colombia across Vision Care and Surgical franchises. You will partner with the LATAM BPA team to drive forecasting, reporting, and consolidation across the region.

You will develop models, perform variance analysis, support month-end close, and provide insights to leadership to drive informed decisions and growth objectives with accurate forecasting and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• At least three (3) years of FP&A experience.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven problem solving.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets.
• Knowledge of SAP and BI tools; prior reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for Colombia.
• Develop forecasting models aligned with business goals and market conditions.
• Document and optimize financial processes across Surgical and Vision Care.
• Conduct variance analysis and performance tracking for leadership.
• Integrate data from ASPIRE, APMR, and SAP for reporting accuracy.
• Prepare MFRs and QBRs with templates, decks, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs and messaging.
• Maintain financial models and tools to support evolving needs.
• Provide timely financial insights to leadership for planning.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and scenario-based forecasting.
