Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Colombia BPA Sr. Associate to manage the geographic FP&A for Colombia, working closely with the LATAM BPA Team.

You will oversee monthly and quarterly planning, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with leadership to drive data-driven decision making across Vision Care and Surgical franchises. You will integrate data from multiple systems, support month-end close activities, and contribute to operating plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is required.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience in finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for Colombia.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models aligned with business goals.
• Document and optimize financial processes across Surgical and Vision Care.
• Prepare MFRs and QBRs with templates and financial insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs and ensure consistency.
