Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Sr. Associate, EFA Management, to join the Surgical BPA team in Mexico City.

You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, maintain accounts and partner with Sales, Legal, IT and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include negotiating financing contracts, administering rebates and discounts, and performing portfolio analysis to inform leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related.
• 3-5 years in accounts receivable, customer service, or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in contract management and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and contract systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to negotiate and prepare financing contracts.
• Consult with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales leadership on contract language.
• Administer contract awards, including product details, pricing, and communications.
• Set up contracts in internal systems for payment calculations.
• Prepare and manage rebate and discount agreements.
• Conduct portfolio analysis and report findings to leadership.
• Evaluate account compliance and implement remediation plans.
• Suggest process improvements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and assist in training less experienced team members.
