Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate, BPA for AI, Digital and business technology in Mexico City. The role focuses on forecasting, month-end close, PO management, and planning within ITCI, partnering with Finance and functional leaders.

The ideal candidate has a finance/ accounting background with 2–3 years in financial operations, strong English, and proficiency in Reveal, SAP, and Guided Buying. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial operations.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems (Reveal, SAP, Guided Buying).

Responsabilidades

• Forecast monthly service expenditure and update forecasting tool.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Manage PO records, vendor onboarding, and intercompany transfers.
• Lead annual planning with function heads and consolidate inputs.
• Own forecast tool mappings and system calculations.
• Assist in demand, project cost planning and depreciation calculations.
