Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, analysis, and standardization across ITD and SWC reporting segments. You will partner with global finance teams and leverage SAP/EPM to deliver insights and drive efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in FP&A, with fluency in English. Hybrid work model with cross-time-zone collaboration is expected, enabling strategic decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience including FP&A/Controlling or GL.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Oracle EPM and SAP.
• Ability to drill down with financial systems and desktop apps to derive insights.
• Interpret financial results and develop takeaways and insights.
• Work across time zones, businesses, and departments.
• Strategic focus on standardization and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze orders and quantity reporting, providing insights into performance and drivers.
• Develop SBU and regional mix analyses to support forecasting and performance reviews.
• Perform OCOS actuals causal analysis and identify key financial drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances to plan.
• Review and process accruals and prepaids, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead special accrual reporting and balance reviews with accuracy and proper treatment.
• Support close activities through financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls.
• Support development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts.
• Create ad-hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries.
• Collaborate with GA&I teams to drive standardized global processes.
