Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced English proficiency.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience supporting sales organizations and CPQ processes.
• Experience working with ticketing or case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Be a primary contact for Sales teams regarding operational and Salesforce-related requests.
• Support sales representatives and managers with account, opportunity, pipeline, and process-related inquiries.
• Manage support cases to meet established service levels.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for sales processes, workflows, and system procedures.
