Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will consolidate and analyze results, develop forward-looking scenarios, and translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners. The role requires 2–4 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SAP/BPC/Oracle, and other planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related role, preferably in a multinational or consumer goods environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools and familiarity with ERP/planning systems such as SAP, BPC, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments, managing multiple planning cycles, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset, connecting operational assumptions to financial results and developing meaningful scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate key financial planning processes, including annual budget, long-range planning, forecasts, and monthly outlook updates.
• Analyze actual results vs budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities and recommending actions to improve performance.
• Support monthly closing and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and clear explanation of variances across the P&L.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business alternatives and potential impacts on Net Sales, profitability, and cash flow.
