Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Intern to support FP&A activities within the manufacturing organization. You will assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking while gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing finance and business operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and FP&A teams, and offers exposure to cross-functional projects and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain daily reports and metrics related to spending, absorption, and other operational and financial indicators.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of information shared with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Support financial analysis and recurring FP&A activities.
• Design, develop, and improve templates, reports, and tools that help optimize current financial processes.
• Assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis to provide reliable financial information.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and FP&A teams on financial reporting and analysis initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting tools and financial processes.
