Job Description

Beyond operational delivery, the Senior Financial Analyst is expected to build a strong understanding of the assigned function, provide clear financial insights, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to support informed decisions and disciplined spend management.

Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
