Job summary

Flexing It seeks an experienced advisor to upgrade a leading India-focused investment platform's foundry operations in Mexico. The role focuses on no-bake technology, green sand and improving quality for large iron castings (3-5 tonnes).

Key responsibilities include driving process improvements, identifying root causes of defects, upgrading moulding and pouring processes, and mentoring production and engineering teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience upgrading green sand and no-bake foundry operations.
• Ability to drive process improvements for large iron castings (3-5 tonnes).
• Experience identifying root causes of defects and reducing rejection and rework.
