Fictiv is searching for a Castings Product Line Director to oversee their die and investment casting operations in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The Director is responsible for the vision, strategy, and growth of the castings line, guiding a team through complex manufacturing challenges while ensuring profitability.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in metal casting, 5+ years in leadership, and a strong background in commercial strategy. They will engage with partners globally, fostering performance in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in metal castings, including die casting and investment casting.
• Experience in a leadership role responsible for growth, operations, or business development.
• Strong command of alloy selection and casting technologies.
