PKC Group's Acuña, Coahuila site is seeking a Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets, to ensure accurate asset records, strong controls, and timely reporting. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Plant Teams, CWIP contacts, and leadership.

Responsibilities include leading asset accounting, capitalization decisions, asset transfers, physical inventory, and reconciliation of the fixed asset subledger with the ERP general ledger; the role emphasizes process improvement and compliance with

• Reconciliations, data analysis, and variance review
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations and leadership

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach cross-functional teams ensuring fixed assets are safeguarded and accounted for
• Ensure asset POs have budget alignment and proper documentation
• Evaluate asset additions for capitalization vs. expense
• Coordinate asset transfers and maintain asset location/ownership records
• Reconcile Fixed Asset DB, Subledger, and ERP GL
• Lead annual physical inventory of fixed assets across plants
• Maintain audit documentation and internal controls
• Implement continuous improvement in Fixed Assets processes
