Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, reconciliations, WIP, and financial controls.
• Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE), and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English required.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals.
• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects with strong financial controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate and timely MDM updates.
• Drive R2R process improvements and standardization.
