Capa is a B2B fintech infrastructure company enabling real-time money movement across Latin America. We build reliable channels for pesos and other currencies across the region with a focus on compliance.

We are hiring a senior software engineer to own either a backend service (NestJS/TypeORM/Postgres) or a frontend module (React) end-to-end, from design through production. You will work with product/compliance on cross-cutting problems and mentor teammates.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript across backend and frontend, or deep expertise on one side.
• Experience with NestJS, TypeORM and PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with AWS and CDK for infrastructure as code.
• Proficient in writing integration tests for money-related flows.

Responsabilidades

• Own a backend service or frontend module end-to-end from design to production.
• Design for money-critical correctness: idempotency and race condition handling.
• Write integration tests against real Postgres and Testcontainers.
• Own AWS infra changes via CDK for the services you own.
• Design and review API contracts and shared TypeScript types.
• Own QA for your features end-to-end and execute the test plan.
• Mentor Mid/Junior engineers and raise code quality.
• Be on-call capable for money-critical paths.
• Collaborate with product/compliance on cross-cutting problems.
