Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury roles.
• Experience improving finance processes and using ERP systems.
• Strong AP, month-end close, and treasury knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day lease-related financial activities in Mexico, incl. invoicing in Coupa.
• Support AP processes, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end close components for accounting and treasury.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
• Review vendor data for local tax and compliance.
• Create and maintain recurring financial reports and journals.
• Assist with SAT letters and local administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Global/Local finance teams for controls and reporting.
