Kontoor Brands, Inc. in Mexico City seeks a senior finance professional to lead the monthly financial close for the Wrangler brand. You will ensure accurate reporting to corporate, manage journal entries, and uphold internal controls under SOX requirements, acting as legal representative for local tax and regulatory matters.

You will also partner with treasury, oversee cash management, AP, and customer accounting while coaching junior staff and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Formación

• Must possess a college degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or similar designation preferred but not required).
• Must have moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., ability to structure and analyze larger data sets and write formulas).
• Should possess 10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrating proactive decision-making skills, strong leadership capabilities and integrity.
• Must be registered legal representative in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to the corporate office.
• Preparation and review of monthly journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Act as a "Legal representative" for the entity responsible for local tax, audit and statutory regulatory communications and compliance.
• Display peak levels of ethics and morality, representing the office with integrity and a proactive "lead by example" approach.
• Coach and develop less-experienced staff.
