Uline is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee Monterrey’s accounting operations at the Monterrey Branch. You will lead a high-performing team, manage daily accounts payable and key accounting areas, and drive accurate month-end and year-end close.

The role requires a CPA (or equivalent) and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with a focus on process improvement and strong internal controls. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in accounting.
• CPA preferred for leadership roles and audit coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting and accounts payable with focus on internal controls.
• Coach and develop team, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Lead responses to external audits and coordinate timely information.
