Job summary

NTT DATA is actively seeking a Field Tech Senior Manager for its Guadalajara, Jalisco team. The role leads field service and depot operations, drives client satisfaction, and manages cross-functional delivery and partner relations.

The Senior Manager will direct teams globally, ensuring quality, adherence to SLAs, and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT leadership experience, 3+ years in technical roles, and a track record in program delivery and customer

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
ITIL Certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and document processes.
Proficiency with Excel.
Project Management Experience.
Experience with AI is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Direct Field Service and Depot Team to meet Quality, SLA and CSAT targets.
Develop personnel and conduct client field meetings.
Lead daily planning calls with regional technicians and monitor SLA performance.
Coordinate field service tower integration and depot operations with partners.
Review performance trends and drive service improvements.
