Banamex is seeking a Field Sales Senior Officer in Mexico to drive customer service and meet sales targets for financial products. In this intermediate role, you will work with the Consumer Sales team to apply product knowledge and build client relationships across your district.

You will promote credit initiatives, analyze performance trends, train and partner with retail leadership, and represent Citi at events.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with partner leadership to promote credit awareness and increase credit sales.
• Analyze local and territory performance trends using reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner retail leadership and business owners; resolve issues as needed.
• Represent Citi at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Identify training opportunities and deliver training to associates within territory.
• Assist strategic initiatives to maximize credit sales and applications.
• Provide service support to internal and external clients.
• Ensure exceptional client experience with measured performance.
• Ensure risk controls, comply with laws and policy, escalate issues transparently.
