NVIDIA Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to support rack-scale AI systems through ODM integration, validation, launch readiness, and production ramp. Local to Guadalajara is strongly preferred, with on-site, remote, and travel support as needed.

You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, account, and partner teams to resolve technical issues and enable successful deployments of NVIDIA platforms.

Formación

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in system design, datacenter deployment, or ODM/partner integration.
• Strong communication in English; able to collaborate with management and engineering.
• Familiar with server, rack, GPU, networking, storage, power, thermal, cabling, firmware, BMC, and Linux debug workflows.
• Experience supporting integration, validation, or production ramp of complex datacenter systems.

Responsabilidades

• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products; support design-in and ramp.
• Establish relationships with partner engineering teams and internal stakeholders.
• Identify customer architectures and product requirements in CSP/ODM AI market.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to debug hardware, firmware, software, networking, and system integration.
• Lead product across design-in, NPI, rack integration, validation, production ramp, and lifecycle.
• Develop technical demos and example system builds.
• Enable internal teams and partner stakeholders with technical training.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure positive customer experience.
