Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead site expansion projects, including new facility construction, infrastructure readiness, and production line transfers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, engineering, and operations to ensure facility readiness and a smooth ramp-up.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining an integrated master plan, tracking scope, schedule, and budget, managing risks and permits, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• 12+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with industrial facility expansion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate project requirements into executable plans.
• Coordinate facility expansion projects from design to start-up.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master plan for design, construction, and start-up.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budget, milestones, procurement, and risk across projects.
