ABB in Juarez, Nuevo León, seeks a facilities specialist to own and optimize processes within the real estate function. You will drive cost-effective service delivery, recommend programs, and support system upgrades while maintaining accurate property records.

With a bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years in a similar role, you will lead teams, communicate across disciplines, and oversee budget and project management tasks in a hands-on, on-site environment.

You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.Providing support for special real estate initiatives.Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Bachelor's degree in electrical, automation, robotics, mechanical, or a related engineering field.4+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist.Previous supervisory and team management experience.Autonomy / Proactivity / Leadership / Teamwork.Experience in communicating across disciplines such as facilities, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, mechanical, compressors, utilities, and automation.Knowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (AutoCAD).
