Omni Logistics, LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Sales Executive in Monterrey to drive profitable revenue growth by developing new enterprise relationships and expanding existing accounts with consultative, solution-based selling.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead internal teams without direct authority. You will work closely with Commercial, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable value and a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Experience selling complex logistics or supply chain solutions to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior decision makers.

• Identify and qualify enterprise prospects to grow revenue.
• Analyze customer supply chains to tailor solutions.
• Present customized logistics solutions aligned with client goals.
• Grow existing accounts and ensure long-term retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and product teams for seamless delivery.
• Lead internal teams to support deals and proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in CRM.
• Build executive relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Represent company in meetings and industry events.
