Appian seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise automation on the Appian platform. You will guide small engineering teams, architect integrations, and actively mentor junior consultants in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing SDLC activities, driving data modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Mexico City setting to achieve enterprise-grade orchestration for public sector engagements.

Formación

• Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen for Public Sector projects.
• Degree: BS/BA in a technical field such as CS, Engineering, or Math.
• Experience: 3+ years in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and lead small teams post-sale.
• Core Engineering: OOP, database design, and SQL proficiency.
• Mobility: Travel up to 10% annually.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery across the SDLC to build custom automation on Appian.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster technical excellence.
• Architect integrations with REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Model relational data in production environments using SQL.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-value capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
