Flex in Mexico is seeking an experienced technical professional to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level. You will operate oscilloscopes and conduct specialized tests, providing guidance to other technicians and collaborating with engineering on improvements.

The role involves contributing to work instructions, batch records, and equipment logs, while monitoring productivity and supporting installation, debugging, and validation of process

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level.
• Operates electronic test equipment and conducts special tests as required.
• Provides technical guidance to other technical personnel.
• Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates.
• Presents training to the build and service assembler teams.
• Develops and maintains work instructions, batch records, and equipment logs.
• Monitors productivity by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates.
• Assists with installation, debugging and validation of process equipment.
• Follows safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions.
