Jabil in Mexico seeks a Senior Industrial Engineer to design, implement and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability and cost control on the production site.

The Senior IE will focus on profitability, effectiveness, adaptability and continuous improvement across product lifecycles, driving Lean initiatives and cross-functional projects within a workcell.

Formación

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools applied to process mapping and facilities design.
• Understanding of Jabil’s global strategies and site capabilities.
• Strong financial and analytical ability; track record of cost reductions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, implement and manage integrated production systems for performance and cost control.
• Drive cross-functional projects within a workcell and optimize material flow.
• Conduct time studies and own yield improvement programs.
• Develop/sustain/improve assembly processes; apply 5S and ergonomic layout design.
• Provide systems support (SAP, MES, IEDB) and maintain data accuracy.
