Nubank seeks a Senior IT Engineer to own the MX device management and inventory operations, building and scaling features for MDM and asset platforms. You will act as the DevOps backbone, driving automation, on-call readiness, and cross‑region learnings.

Based in Mexico City, you’ll be the technical reference for regulatory conversations and collaborate with global teams to improve end‑to‑end device lifecycle processes.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience administering macOS, Windows, and Linux in production.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, etc.) and scripting.
• Experience designing and operating cloud services on AWS.
• Solid DevOps fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, containers (Docker), and IaC (Terraform/Ansible/Puppet).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Native or near-native Spanish with fluent English; Mexico City resident; on-site multiple days/week.
• MDM expertise with Apple-focused solutions (Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager/ADE) and Zero Touch deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Own MX Endpoint Engineering platforms for device lifecycle and inventory.
• Build features, APIs, and data flows connecting MDM, inventory, Jira Service Management, and internal apps.
• Create automations and self-service experiences to reduce tickets and streamline onboarding and replacements.
• Act as DevOps owner: IaC, CI/CD, observability, and incident response for MX platforms.
• Define and track platform metrics and iterate based on data.
• Lead day-to-day operations and on-call incidents related to MX EE platforms.
• Maintain runbooks for onboarding, support, replacements, and offboarding journeys.
