Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/Electronics/Automation or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Embedded software/firmware development experience required.
• Proficiency in C; Java knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly technical support to customers designing with NXP i.MX processors.
• Become a recognized technical expert on i.MX solutions within the Mass Market segment.
• Improve customer satisfaction by timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to enhance offerings.
• Contribute to documentation, FAQs, Application Notes and customer training.
