Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our growing team. You will help stand up a new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced environment for a MedTech client, focusing on architecture, customization, and integration across enterprise systems.

You will guide and coach two junior developers, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive rapid MVP delivery with strong code quality and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Two years or more of direct, applicable experience in an equivalent position.
Experience designing, building, and rolling out a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform.
Ability to guide junior developers and ensure best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and roll out a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform for the client.
Guide and coach two junior developers and ensure code quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Conduct detailed code reviews, testing, and issue resolution to maintain stability.
Document solutions, workflows, and integration points for future maintenance.
