Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Proven expertise in real-time, concurrent backends using OTP patterns and GenServers.
• Deep understanding of functional programming and data modeling with Ecto and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in developing modern interactive web apps using Phoenix LiveView.
• Strong background in scalable, distributed systems with fault tolerance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using Elixir, Phoenix, and Ecto.
• Implement high-concurrency, real-time features with LiveView, GenServers, and OTP patterns.
• Architect and optimize database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL environments.
• Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance via Erlang/OTP supervision trees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to uphold engineering standards across the lifecycle.
