Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking a Sr Fraud Prevention Analyst to support the Enterprise Fraud & Abuse program across DTC channels, focusing on ecommerce fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and investigations for the U.S.

and Canada business. You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Customer Care, Legal, Finance, IT, and other teams to identify risks, analyze data, and implement controls that protect revenue and customer trust while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Formación

• 3+ years in fraud operations, investigations, or risk-related roles.
• Experience with ecommerce or digital fraud environments.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor omnichannel fraud behavior and adjust detection models.
• Review high-risk orders, payments, refunds, and claims for action.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, and misconduct across ecommerce, care, and retail.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve controls.
