Argano is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant, Client Services to provide senior-level technical leadership for customers running Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform. You will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and share best practices across teams, while coordinating across time zones and shifts.

You will leverage LCS, PPAC, and Azure DevOps to manage deployments, upgrades, and integrations, mentoring junior staff and delivering customer-ready solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including debugging and integrations.
• Experience building and troubleshooting Power Automate flows.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong experience with LCS, PPAC and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of migration and CE integration approaches.
• Knowledge of dual write and D365 integration approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems management or CS.
• Ability to work with a virtual team across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve senior-level technical support issues within SLA.
• Coordinate with support leads and consultants to progress tickets.
• Estimate and develop modifications from enhancement requests to deployment.
• Provide best-practice guidance on business processes for development.
• Maintain documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Stay updated on D365 updates and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Support implementation projects and adapt to different shifts.
