Argano is seeking a Project Coordinator to support and coordinate project management activities across multiple engagements. You will monitor daily tasks, prepare reports, and help ensure projects run on time and within budget by coordinating tasks, resources, and communications.

You will work with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery and client satisfaction through structured processes and clear updates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana or Trello.

Responsabilidades

• Support the forward progression of client engagements across multiple projects by reviewing timesheets and overseeing budgets.
• Assist project managers in scheduling, resourcing, task management, and communication.
• Coordinate project activities ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate meetings: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
• Provide administrative support: calendars, travel arrangements, and documentation.
• Support project evaluation by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
