Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, working with support leads, and developing enhancements. Candidates should have over five years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, and strong analytical skills. This role requires effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience in building and maintaining Power Automate Flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in a virtual team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues.
• Work with lead and functional consultant on support tickets.
• Develop modifications from customer enhancement requests.
• Maintain documentation of support cases.
• Mentor junior team members.
