You will identify, assess, and monitor risks linked to critical programs, coordinating with risk owners to implement mitigations and ensure alignment with risk procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• In-depth knowledge of aeronautic industry, international context, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and network facilitation skills with stakeholder influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and improvement of Safran Cabin’s ERM framework across entities and programs.
• Identify, assess, monitor risks; coordinate with risk owners on mitigation actions.
• Consolidate data, analyze trends, present to Risk Committee and COMEX.
• Support crisis management activities and deliver training and awareness programs.
• Administer RiTO2 database and risk documentation.
