Safran Cabin is seeking an experienced leader for Enterprise Risk Management and Crisis Management to drive the global ERM framework across the organization. You will identify, assess, and monitor risks linked to critical programs, coordinating with risk owners to implement mitigations and ensure alignment with risk procedures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
• In-depth knowledge of aeronautic industry, international context, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and network facilitation skills with stakeholder influence capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Descripción del empleo

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Safran Cabin’s ERM framework across entities and key programs.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks impacting business objectives.
• Coordinate with risk owners to implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Safran risk management procedures and RiTo2 tool usage.
• Consolidate risk data, analyze trends, and present recommendations to Risk Committee and COMEX.
• Assess risk management maturity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Crisis Management

• Support crisis management activities during significant events.
• Develop and deliver crisis management training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate crisis exercises to evaluate preparedness and response.
• Guide sites and business units in implementing risk-based crisis management processes.
• Promote business continuity, resilience, and emergency preparedness.

Documentary Risk Management

• Partner with HR to ensure documentary risk training compliance and target achievement.
• Monitor training indicators and improve awareness and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and communication campaigns to strengthen risk ownership.
• Support documentary risk controls and best practices.

Main Activities:

• Lead and review ERM activities in preparation for Risk Committees.
• Provide independent assessment of entity risks, including external risk perspectives.
• Coordinate the Cabin Risk Representatives network, including training and onboarding.
• Deploy risk maturity monitoring tools and improvement plans.
• Deliver risk management training and awareness initiatives.
• Administer the RiTO2 database and maintain risk management documentation.
• Participate in Group Risk Management networks and training programs.
• Manage insurance and loss-related claims through resolution.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, Operations Management, or a related field is required.

Experience:

At least 10 years’ experience in project management, program management, commercial activities, and/or managerial roles within Business Units.

Other Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the aeronautic industry sector in an international context, strong communication and network facilitation skills, solid experience in transversal management, ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment and/or reach compromise in contexts involving diverging interests and significant business stakes.

Fluent in English, speaking/understanding French preferred
