Safran Cabin is seeking a Certification and Oversight Coordinator to manage and supervise certification and surveillance processes in the aerospace sector. The role requires organizing teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and coordinating documentation handling.

Education demanded includes a Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or similar, with Advanced English and at least 3 years in aerospace, plus 2 years in assessment or certification matters.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in assessment or certification matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD/PLM systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines for OCPe-CIP operation.
• Formulate and/or participate in the review of procedures related to certification and oversight processes.
• Coordinate and supervise management of received documentation to maintain control and proper use.
• Supervise internal processes for controlling records in the Certification and Oversight Area.
• Address questions from process coordinators under the Certification and Oversight Area.
• Coordinate with other areas, governing bodies, and entities to ensure effectiveness of processes.
• Coordinate the development of events related to certification processes (certificate issuance).
• Review and validate information related to processes to report to the OCPe-CIP Board of Directors.
• Ensure personnel review and interpret required Certification Schemes.
• Coordinate and supervise the Area's personnel to ensure proper performance of duties.
• Perform other duties inherent to the position according to company needs.
