Sulzer is seeking a Design Engineering Specialist to drive the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant buildings and machinery. This role ensures engineering solutions meet operational, safety, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement in plant infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, while continuously seeking efficiency gains and equipment

Formación

• University degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent skills.
• Proficient in plant design and maintenance engineering.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and environmental standards.
• Experience with CAD and engineering analysis tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee construction and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment.
• Establish and enforce standards for pollution control, testing, and maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects and mentor junior staff.
