Sulzer in Mexico is seeking a Design Engineering Specialist to design, construct, maintain, and repair plant buildings and machinery, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will lead cross-functional projects, coach junior staff, and apply CAD and engineering analysis tools to optimize plant infrastructure. This role demands independent work with limited supervision.

Formación

• University degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in plant design and maintenance engineering.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee construction and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment.
• Establish and enforce standards for pollution control, testing, and maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects and mentor junior staff.
