Sulzer is seeking a Design Engineering Specialist to manage the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of plant buildings and machinery. This role ensures compliance with operational, safety, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement in plant infrastructure and equipment.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with strong CAD skills and proven project leadership abilities.

Formación

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CAD and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee construction and maintenance of plant facilities and equipment.
• Establish and enforce standards for pollution control, testing, and maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead cross-functional engineering projects and mentor junior staff.
