Job summary

Marsh seeks a Senior Delivery Manager in Mexico City to lead multiple squads implementing Darwin for a growing client portfolio. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, and focuses on delivery, sponsorship, and profitability across diverse HR-related products and services.

You will oversee regional delivery, manage escalations, optimize resources, and partner with stakeholders to drive successful implementations and strategic initiatives across HR, payroll, and benefits domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Delivery Manager or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in employee benefits software.
• Expertise in benefits administration software and related processes.
• Experience with HR, payroll, and insurance vendors.
• Proven track record in enterprise client management within a SaaS delivery team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with advanced English.
• Proven record of managing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation projects and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Act as delivery sponsor and main client contact on complex programs.
• Support client management with QBRs, escalations, and green plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and use of AI.
• Manage budgets, burn rate, and delivery risks across regions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align strategy and goals.
