Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to join the Business Client Support organization. You will develop high-quality business solutions in an Agile context, building sustainable capabilities and refining Target Operating Models.

You will manage global stakeholders, lead complex solution designs, and drive end-to-end transformation across multiple countries. You will participate in cross-functional workshops, shape operating models, and ensure adoption of global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Solution Lead or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years’ experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience as lead in process blueprinting and digital transformation in a global setup.
• Experience in leading design/implementation of automation/platform solutions.
• Experience with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred.
• Insurance or Financial Industry experience preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English & Spanish, written and spoken (CVs in English only).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex solution design for large, multi-country engagements.
• Facilitate global workshops and act as consultant to business functions.
• Develop and refine Target Operating Models.
• Guide teams in adopting global solutions and standards.
• Manage global stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in architecture.
