AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale a modern data platform. You will design production‑grade ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake schemas, and implement DataOps with robust testing and data quality.

You will orchestrate workflows with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster, integrate REST APIs and streaming sources, and apply CI/CD, Docker, and IaC standards to data repositories.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including modular, well‑tested code.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, query optimization, and database design.
• Hands‑on experience with Snowflake.
• Production experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Experience with REST APIs, event‑driven architectures, and batch/streaming pipelines.
• Experience implementing automated data quality checks, data lineage, and alerting mechanisms.
• Strong experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable ETL/ELT workflows.
• Create production ready Snowflake schemas for analytics.
• Ingest data from REST APIs, event streams, and batch sources into core storage.
• Maintain and expand orchestration pipelines using Airflow/Prefect/Dagster.
• Implement automated data quality checks, lineage tracking, and alerts.
• Apply CI/CD, Git, Docker, and IaC practices to data repositories.
